Vwaza Marsh Wildlife Reserve
Vwaza Marsh Wildlife Reserve is part of the Tentative list of Malawi in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.
Vwaza Marsh Wildlife Reserve is important to waterfowl and Palearctic migratory birds, and reflects traditional human settlement and agricultural land use. It is also known for its remains of Iron Age Smelting at Phopo Hill and spiritual locations.
